We are looking for a hard-working individual with a positive attitude to contribute to a great Finance team. The Program Management Office is a corporate finance team tasked with successfully integrating acquired companies globally and the ongoing monitoring of post-merger synergies. The role will provide an opportunity for the candidate to gain exposure to large cross-functional teams and various complex business, operations, and accounting processes in a fast-paced technology company.



  • Assist with gathering business requirements for various application integrations
  • Assist with coordinating tasks or deliverables to execute day-to-day management of integration activities
  • Draft test plans for user acceptance testing
  • Assist with system and report validations
  • Assist with user training and drafting of user training materials
  • Support tracking of integration synergies
  • Extract data sets, perform analyses, build actionable reports and financial models
  • Initiate and maintain coverage of relevant business metrics on regular basis to help identify and analyze critical issues, risks and opportunities
  • Support period close processes including trial balance upload of acquired companies to SAP
  • Assist with quarterly and ad-hoc executive reporting
  • Perform various ad hoc analysis including scenario planning


  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting
  • Must be hard-working with a positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a team
  • Sense of ownership, urgency, intellectual curiosity, willingness to learn and improve
  • Independent and critical thinker, analytical, fast-learner and excellent eye for detail
  • Excellent problem-solving and strong analytical skills with the ability to get things done
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales and service operations, finance, treasury, tax, legal, and IT)
  • Ability to organize and prioritize responsibilities effectively in order to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Excel modeling
  • Proficiency with SAP/TM1 or other comparable ERP and reporting/forecasting tools
  • Open for challenges in fast-paced environment
