The Global Service Support Organization (GSS) team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support.  The GSS organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.


The Growing Service Business within KLA is looking for a motivated Finance Summer Intern to work at our Milpitas location. KLA Finance Interns will manage a project that focuses on analytical and process improvement activities, identifying KPI's and building actionable reports all while strengthening business acumen. Although specific projects will depend on company needs and individual experience, examples of past and potential projects can include optimizing forecasting process, analysis of key programs through various phases of development and presenting findings to management, create and maintain database to help in revenue recognition process for an accurate forecast, engage with and collaborate cross functionally with Engineering, Ops, Service and Division Finance for target setting and reporting of results. Current student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting or Business



Must be ambitious, self motivated, and have a great attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn technical applications. Organized and detail orientated with the ability to work in fast paced environment. Advanced Excel skills a plus. Majors: Current student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.

Minimum Qualifications

Students entering Senior Year of College. Working knowledge of excel.
