SFS-ADE division designs and develops wafer inspection and metrology equipment for semiconductor industry. SFS specializes in developing unpatterned wafer surface inspection tool that provides the sensitivity and throughput required for qualification of current and next-generation semiconductor wafer substrates, as well as qualification and monitoring of process tools.WaferSight products are metrology systems that measure bare wafer and pattern wafer geometry (e.g. wafer thickness, shape, edge roll off, flatness, and nano-topography) with unsurpassed precision & mat
The successful candiate will focus on deep learning investigation on various SFS-ADE projects, ranging from computer vision, classification, to time series prediction/tracking. He/She will collaborate closely with algorithm engineers to explore how deep learning technology can solve our current problem and help define future roadmap. The candidate needs to have solid experience in deep learning projects and proficiency in python, tensor flow etc.
Good communication/documentation skills are also absolutely necessary.
