The RAPID division is the world leading provider of reticle inspection solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides inspection solutions to both the mask shops and the semiconductor fabs to ensure that lithography yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing.


Debugs software products through the use of systematic tests to develop, apply, and maintain quality standards for company products.

Develops, modifies, and executes software test plans.  Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.

Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action. Consults with development engineers in resolution of problems. Provides feedback in preparation of technical appraisals of programming languages, systems, and computation software.

Ensures quality computer integration into the overall functions of scientific computation, data acquisition, and processing.

Communicate and collaborate among cross-functional teams in a multinational environment

Communication with customers and other teams (Apps, DE, other Development team etc).


Bachelor degree with 2 or 3 years or Master degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or relative discipline;

​Programming experience of Java, C/C++ is highly preferred

Shell scripting Knowledge of Linux platforms is a plus and basic knowledge of webserver, like Tomcat

Know at least one of scripting language like python, Perl…

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Experience with international teams is a plus

Strong team player and motivated by team success

Experience/knowledge of automated testing tools is a plus, but not a requirement.

Experience/knowledge of test data management tools is a plus, but not a requirement.
